R	Ren LaPorte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam- beware. I previously left a good review here and on Wedding wire but we are now having issues with this vendor. Do not recommend! I will be deleting my good review on wedding wire as well. Diana did her job for our ceremony but be careful with leaving deposits, she is keeping ours for our reception stating it isnt refundable despite us having to cancel it due to covid. I'm having to take further measures at this point to get back my money. Every other vendor gave a goodwill gesture and refunded us except Diana. Do not recommend. Keeping money for an event she hadnt even done....be very aware. Find another vendor who won't keep your money senselessly. I will be advising her that I am not going away until my deposit is refunded fully, and have my lawyer prepared to get involved. I plan to also report her to 2 other governing organizations if nothing is done. Keeping money for an event she hasnt even done...

Diana was able to put together a better vision than what my daughter had originally planned. She was professional, responded to any questions in timely matter and her pricing was fair. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Diana for saving their wedding day!

I	Ivony A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diana and her team at Diar Decor were amazing. I had originally set my wedding for June 20th but had to postpone due to the pandemic. She kept in constant contact with me and was flexible and accommodating as the regulations and numbers changed. We originally had planned for 150 guests and 2 separate reception venues but we had to reduce our numbers to 50 guests and 1 reception. Instead of charging us for the 150 seat covers and the decorations at the 2nd reception, Diana let us use the money we would've spent on chair covers and decorations towards additional drapery and other decorations at the one reception. This turned out great. She was very fair and helpful and did not take advantage of the covid situation, which we are grateful for. She coordinated directly with my venue and gave me suggestions for designs. She was even able to come early the night of the wedding to take down the decorations in time for the venue to close. They provided the drapery backdrop, seat covers and head table linen for our wedding. It really transformed the space, brightening it up and making it look even more elegant than it already is. I would highly recommend!
